This seems like good value glycine. This particular formulation is 750 mg per capsule, at a cost of $0.14 / capsule. This is generally pretty good; many other supplements can cost as much as $0.30-$0.40 per capsule, and depending on supplement dosages can be down around 250 mg. Another bottle of glycine I was able to find was 1000 mg per dose, but at a cost of $0.20 / capsule. That's quite the difference. I normally like my glycine in dosages of 1000 mg, as this makes it easy to pair with NAC in a even split. That said, the premium on the extra 250 mg seems like a lot.Hence, this is pretty good value, and probably worth your money.

Each capsule contains 750 mg. and the recommended intake is two capsules, once a day. Based on this recommendation, you would have a 90 day supply.I use Glycine for its antioxidant benefits. I limit my intake to one capsule because I do take a number of other supplements. Glycine is often overlooked as a supplement and you may not easily find it on a store shelf.This particular supplement is made in Canada from imported ingredients. It has an NPN number and mine came with a 05/2028 expiration.The product is priced fairly for the amount you get in the bottle and I would recommend it.
I have now tried a number of the Herba brand supplements as part of my reviews. I am gaining trust and respect for this brand the more I try. This Glycine is no exception. All their products are 3rd party tested, made in Canada, and made in a GMP certified lab. That is the trifecta I am looking for in any supplement I take. If you need to take Glycine, or choose to take it for its various claimed benefits, this Herba brand is one you can trust. I take it daily with my NAC after doing a ton of research on it.
